Seems like a way around this would just be to avoid P2P networks, but it seems like a scheme to limit internet access for anti-government people and effectively silence them. Should deter piracy too although there's still many other ways. The most likely way is that they would just ask moot and moot would give them the IP address. Does 4chan even force SSL? They might even be able to "ask" ISPs to search their logs for the post in question.

It's understandable. If you haven't watched much of Louis CK, he really is brilliant. He is pretty wildly know as "the comic's comic." He's almost universally respected among professional comedians, and that just doesn't happen if you're not good.
