Do I move my clock forward or backwards?

    Do I move my clock one hour forward or backwards. Everyone is giving me this "spring ahead, fall back" bullshit, I don't know wtf that means. I'm too high for this shit. I just want to set my alarm clock so I can wake up in 3 hours for work,

    set it to the internets time

    any device connected to a network will know it, whether its xbox live, internet on a desktop, or a phone on 3g

    I have to be up at 4 am for work so I'm trying set my alarm clock which doesn't automatically set

    Spring FORWARD = move clock FORWARD 1 hr
    Fall BACK = move clock BACK 1 hr

    mine did it on their own....i honestly didnt even know the time changed today until i came in this thread. lol

    Why do people always have to say this shit when you ask a serious question? It's like they're speaking in code, just give a straight answer. Hopefully this thread solves the dilemma I've had all morning.
