A big part of growing medical grade marijuana is the amount of care and attention you give your plants. So yea, I guess you can say a big part of that is the light, the nutes and stuff. But check out the pictures I have included of my first grow ever. This was grown from a bagseed from a bag a shwag, not even dank. But I took very good care of the plant, and I got some nice frosty, lime green, medical grade marijuana without having good genetics to start with. (And it was grown kinda hybrid. I vegged it indoors, and flowered it outdoors)
