Subbed. I been wanting to try yoga for a while. I used to be in martial.arts and I want to get back into it, and I've always been flexible. So yoga sounds right up my ally
I always had a problem with a very stiff neck, and feeling the need to crack my neck all the time. Its very annoying and i know its not healthy. Do you think the neck and shoulder yoga would help with this? Going to try it, but any recommendations would be appreciated. ps:Theres also naked yoga on youtube Because its easier to see the poses without the clothes in the way. yea thats it...
lower back relief by yoga today very easy - 15 min session tension lightened. feel more fluid and taller. would be a good warmup to help with general soreness. eta: drink your water when doing yoga! you release lots of toxins, and need to flush them out. if you are sore the day after doing yoga, you didn't drink enough water and/or probably didn't listen to your body's natural limits when working out. don't push it. let your breathing lengthen you. gah! it's been too long since i did yoga. this should be a daily thing for me. the physical and mental health benefits are almost immediate.
