how to make a joint out of a cigarette?

Roll it with papers, cut a piece of your paper package, roll it up, insert into end of joint, light doobies and puff away

No, but really...Just twist from the top of the filter with the cig pointed down and empty it, then push weed into it with a pen or pencil (No. 2 is a perfect fit for most cig tubes).
