What is Everybody´s Biggest Growing Problem??

  1. This may be trivial, but my biggest problem is getting rid of the used soil after I have chopped my ladies. Maybe not so much an actual problem, but a load of balls-aching work.
This year my girls have been in 50 litre (that is 11 UKgallon)pots. After I have chopped the girl I have that big a pot full of roots to dispose of. I grow on my roof terrace so they have to be thrown away. I cut it up with a spade and put all those roots in plastic supermarket bags.

    It just takes ages.

OK you guys, what is your biggest headache????

  2. Catterpillars!

  3. small ants!!!

  4. F-in ground squirels they dig under your plant then pull it underground it already got like 5 plants and they are impossible to get rid of.

  5. Tthe good old British weather, as well as the soil + the leaves i see in my yard that propably are in the next yards:(

  6. wife :/

well, i think it was the wife - nobody else has access to them.
Out of 9 healthy shoots, there are now 3

I don't mean they died - they have completely vanished. Not a trace. no roots, no stems, no seed casing = gone.

if her plan was to limit my grow, it's backfired, cos i planted some skunk#1 as well & now have 13!!! - all fem seeds btw - so wish me luck :D

Same thing happened with the last crop - work this out ---> 4 healthy plants all in the same huge planter. I go away for a few days, 3 are stone dead, but 1 is still thriving
Turned out to be ball ridden anyway so i hacked it up in disgust.

  7. my biggest problem this year was getting enough sunlight
i live right in the middle of a town and theirs lots of trees and squirrels blocking the sunlight from my pot.
and them damn pesky porkers, u gotta watch out for them

  8. deer and grasshoppers down here in ga oh and private property everywhere if u feel my drift ;p

  9. A freakin Beaver, believe it or not, the beavers hut was the highest spot in the swamp

I had 5 plants planted and I broke thru the den on the 6th, the beaver lunged at me, I blocked him with a shovel and scrambled to get the dirt and grass clump back in place.
since then he's messin with my tools and supplies, I took a crap on the mound to piss him off hahahahahaha

fortunately he doesnt care about my girls

  10. my biggest problem when trying to grow is people stealing my crop  Ive tried for 4 years now and every year they get stolen.

  11. Thats why you don't grow in the same location ;) j/k

  12. i have a few problems. one is white flies. i have some tomato plants in the back yard, a long with many other natural plants that just poped up. the white flies stay mainly on the tomatos but still annoyin when i see em on my mj plant. and problem number 2 is simply trying to get my ladies looking as good as yours spanish

  13. budrot...damp air sucks especially when you live in a forest...it keeps the air damper...

  14. rain, rain storm suck

  15. early on it was slugs and all kinds of other insects for me. my ladies looked ravaged, but they bounced back and are going strong thanks to Safers. now my only problem is watering. since i fractured my ankle over the weekend i'm pretty much fucked. i haul 2 five gallon buckets over 1km to my spot, twice, two trips. think i can manage that on crutches? it's a slim chance of an optimal harvest. my soil is ammended with goodies so if i'm lucky enough it'll rain erery week at the same time when the ladies need a watering. there's only one other person that knows my spot a grower buddy and best freind of mine he agreed to help water my ladies but i told him he only has to do one trip a week rather than the two trips i'd make. it's better than NO water at all. since it's his first time growing he can use the extra work and experience lol.

  16. One year stompers (thieves) hacked up 23 of my girls about two weeks before harvest. They didn't even leave me a bud just a size 11 nike shoe print! This year I lost two to termites but I still got another month to go. So we'll see...

  17. thieves...

  18. Guess mine are fairly small beer. Compared to what you other guys have to put up with.
