  1. i have had asthma all my life doubt it will ever go away after i smoke weed my lungs feel ok when i wake up in the morning it's hard for me to breath =/ that's why i started biking but now that i bike for 20-30 mins i start weezing hard and breathing hard so sometimes i have to stop and take a break

should i just stop smoking weed?

  2. if it is creating a problem maybe smoking isnt an option.
try vaping & see how that works out.

the Arizer EQ is a nice quality option for a relatively low price.

  3. will look into a vape also but i hate investing on bongs and things like this lol but if it helps ok

  4. Vape and edibles. If not dont you have an inhaler?

  5. haven't had a inhaler since i was 18 no more health insurance :(

  6. If you want to keep using MJ for it's various benefits, def go for vaporizing. Surely you could fund something which will make each pickup last at least 3x longer if you're disciplined about it?

I also bike and it's brilliant if you have breathing issues since you can coast and catch your breath periodically.

The only issue with vaporizing is if the hot vapour can dry your lungs and throat a bit. So, vape slowly, not too often and stay hydrated. THC can be slightly irritating for some people's lungs/throat, however vape is much cleaner than combusted so unlikely to exacerbate your asthma if you take a cautious approach.

    Good Luck

Aren't they under 20$ including pharmacy fees?

I have fairly bad asthma as well, go thru one o the blue ones every month. More during allergy season.

    Depends on insurance.

I have the same problem OP. I can't even bike in the winter/fall my chest binds up too quick from the cold air and I can't breathe.

Vaporizing helps. You should try to get on a preventative like advair. It's especially handy during the coler seasons.

<--- no insurance. I pay full price... Even with the pharmacys 11.99$ fee it's only 20$.

  10.

Yeah even with insurance my inhalers and advair are about 4x that. My best advice to you is to use every herbal remedy you can. Try incorporating fish into your diet, I know that helps asthma amongst many other things.

Vaporization of cannabis beleive it or not can be used as a 'breathing treatment' but I use that term loosely. It is a far more healthier method than smoking,. If your smoking joints or blunts quit those, there no good for your asthma. If you dont wanna commit to a vape at least get a pipe or bong with water filtration.

Lol tellin the man to cut his exercise? :/

Coming from an asthmatic, riding a bike is cake compared to even jogging

  16. @[member="pun650"] Completely agree. If i try to run, i can't make it 1 mile without almost having an asthma attack. But i can cycle miles and only use my inhaler once at the beginning. (coming from a chronic asthmatic)

  17. I've had severe asthma since birth. I'm 21 now and have been smoking for about 6 years. I don't do any exercises and eat terribly. I own a vape but never really use it. I use my bong instead. Would love to start riding a bike, eating better, getting sun, and exercising and lifting weights! I had a 10% chance of living due to something in my lungs. When I smoke I don't feel as if the plant is hurting my lungs at all.

I did take a visit in the hospital about a year ago when my right lung collapsed during a night at work.

  18. Youl have hard time breathing in morning with asthma that's just how it is in the mornings, I forget the reason y but it's also true for late at night eth asthma some people's are worse at night or the morning, try vaping, it can be really good for your lungs because of vaping I can inhale a lot more now and it's the whole treason y I started smokin I the first place
