"Eat from the earth leave the animals to give birth"

    what do you think?

I'm thinking when I move into my own house to start a garden and eat just veggies and fruit and anything from the "earth" because apparently after eating from the earth for 6 months you WON'T wanna go bak because you will feel "Amazing" just a thought but I'm keen

Also my fellow blades Any good recipes for a vegan??

  2. BUMP! Lol
    Is it worth it
    Any vegans out there?

  3. "If we aren't supposed to eat animals, why are they made of meat?"

  4. I ate some veal last night. It taste like suffering. Soooo delicious.

  5. I've been vegan for three years, but I no longer talk about it because the world is full of people like the above two posters ^^

  6. I personally, am glad there are people in the world with a sense of humor. I really did eat veal last night though.

LOL humans are made out of meat, does it mean we are supposed to eat other humans also dogs, rats, etc have got meat but we stay away from them (people have Tried eating them tho) because they don't taste to nice and humans are more of a pork type meat also we are not meant to eat meat, we have developed to think eating meat is the norm I'm sure that we aren't meant to kill other liven animals to feed ourselves when there MORE than enough natural food out there and meat is a huge $$ making idea Aswell because we can't just keep pigs and cows etc in our backyard so we cant get it for free like veggies so its more promoted to buy meat instead of veggies and I'm sure you wouldn't eat meat if you had to kill them yourself it's quite cruel but I'm not getting into that :p plus I love eating meat so I can't say I'm all vegan blablabla. But I sure wouldn't mind going without :D
    Peace V

  8. why even make it a big deal if you are vegan or not? once you label yourself you will be opposition from people...just go on living how you want

  9. yep.

i don't believe animals exist for us to use them as products. i shouldn't have to explain my dietary choices to you, and i'm not going to try to convince anyone to believe a certain way.

    Love your attitude bro :)

That is the most stupid argument I've ever heard.

    @your first post
So let me get this straight...
You think living on half-proteins will make you feel wonderful and healthy?
    Hahahha, OK.

  12. Please explain yourself. "Half proteins"?

  13. I believe you mean amino acids, the 9 essential ones for humans. The liver actually stores amino acids and then combines them to form protein in our human bodies. Eating a variety of plants and fruits will provide more than enough of the essential amino acids for protein. Hemp seeds for example contain all 9 essential amino acids.

google vegan bodybuilding and tell them they live on half protein...

  14. If your diet consits of plant protein and meat protein your body becomes more anabolic..
The body handles itself better under physical stress and heals faster.

    Lulz.
I saw a couple of others with decent physiques but then I saw some more vegan body builders that looked they had been running deca... Veins bulging in uncommon places etc..
Just because you don't eat meat doesn't mean you don't do roids.
Almost all body builders use roids.

  16. I guess you could call me an inconsistent vegan because I go through periods of time eating strictly a high carb, low fat, salt and seasoning free raw vegan diet and then other times when I don't have the money, I'll fall off the wagon.

I say just do your very best with what you got. If you do go vegan OP make sure the first place you are shopping is the produce section or a farmers market. Stay away from crappy vegan substitutes and processed junk.

If you go vegan and eat a shit load of peanut butter and jelly, French fries, etc you won't feel better. Whole foods are much more important then being vegan. I'd advocate the paleo diet over a highly processed and artificially sweetened vegan diet any day.

A good rule of thumb is make all of your vegan meals at home and eat as much raw produce as possible. Stay away from cooking with oils and eating anything from a can or box.

  17. Yes it is worth it, but i still struggle to get protein.

  18. Hemp/chia seeds, dark green juices/smoothies, homemade raw almond milk/butter/cultured coconut yogurt, sweet sugary fruit, etc, etc

  19. Any good recipes as I'm keen to try might sound a bit wired but I don't no how to cook much veggies and stuff because my whole life iv eating junk or just microwave veggies not good I no that's why I'm changing :D

  20. Not sure why almost every topic about veganism/vegetarianism has to degrade into name-calling. Why even come into the topic if you are totally anti-vegetarian? Why is it acceptable to troll vegans? Come on man.

I have been a vegetarian for 6 years. But it's not something I like to talk about because people tend to react as though I'm doing something truly wrong by electing to not eat meat. There's this image of vegetarians/vegans as people who push their diet on others, which some definitely do - especially assholes like PETA - but in my experience, meat eaters tend to push their diet on us far more than the other way around.
