    I think 4% and more is considered HIGH CBD, while alot of Indicas have higher CBD say than Sativas it doensn't mean if you have an indica it isn't going to send you into a panic. This person needs High CBD low THC, some strains are better than others. What's the point of them getting an Indica with 15% THC and 0.15& CBD?

    It's about the levels of the cannabinoids, not just the strain, Indicas happen to be better, but not all.
