What do you like better iPod or the new Zune? Why? I just got a Zune for christmas instead of an iPod just because not everyone has one and i thought it was cooler lol better sound quality too. the Zune program is a little rough and hard to use but w.e
/\ Awesome that you got the Zune man I was at Best Buy today and it looked sweet. I'm trying to decide between those two though and the Creative Zen Vision M (all the 30gb models). I really don't know which one to go with. Is it true that you can't put copyrighted videos onto the Zune (I'd love to me able to put my downloaded movies and whatnot on it (they're .avi's and are all about 700mb)? I thought I remembered reading somewhere that there are copyrighted material restrictions. Also, how easy is it to get used to the Zune's interface? If anyone who has any of these players could throw some feedback here that'd be great.
I have an Ipod. I'm not sure I want either zune or ipod because they are both owned by big coperations and I'm not into that. THis is my parents dell computer with Microsoft XP on it I'd rather build my own computer and build my own operating system. When I finally move out I'll probably use Linux on a costum built machine.
Although I hate the large coperations this is what I've had I ahd a 30 gig dell DJ and it was annilated in a few months, i just got a 1 gig ipod shuffle (parents are low on cashafter buying me a PS3 but something is better than nothing ) and the ipod is great. nice soundVERY portable and Itunes is extremly eay to use.

I got a Zune and it's absolutely the shit. It's a pleasure to watch videos on it. It comes with all kinds of sick shit on it already. I was tripping my balls of last night of some really good acid and the Zune was the center of my world. It's a stoners entertainment dream. You can put your own backgrounds up and shit. Mine has a huge 3.8 gram nug in the background. I like the controls, they're simple. All the colours are sick too. Especially the green and brown one. Mines white and black. The program isn't that bad, it installed fast and easily and put everything I wanted on it pretty damn fast. Virtually no waiting time. I definately love it shit loads than any of the three iPods I went through. Get a Zune. Music Community.
I don't know much about the Zune although it looks much cooler than the iPod video--which I have. I know the Zen Visions are like the best Mp3 players on the market though.
I dunno about the video thing my friend tried putting a downloaded video on his last night and he said it didnt work, so it possible that you cant put downloaded videos on it. The sync speed is crazy fast i had all my music on there in just a few minutes. The Sound quality dominates. And its my new best friend. Although i havent dropped it yet it seems like it would pritty much be indestructable. Althought its a bit bulkier than the iPod thats a sacrafice im willing to make. The sharing feature is pritty cool but you have to be close to be sending songs and stuff.4
I have a shuffle that's a year old and it sucks, it keeps having major errors and it's mostly just pissing me off. I'm gunna look at some other mp3 players the Ipods are just so expensive
Zunes are sweet as hell and cheap. The DRM isn't a problem at all, it's coded by monkeys so it's really easy to bypass
ipods are pretty easy if u can make the payment for them. kind of expensive but r easy and fun. i like itunes, organization is easy as hell
