your workout schedule

  1. so i stick to my regimine but i wanted to know what do you all do for your workouts

    DAY 1 Chest/Triceps
    flat bench
    incline bench
    decline bench
    dumbbell chest press
    dumbbell chest fly
    skull crushers
    cable pulldowns (with ball/rope)
    cable pulldown (bicep curl grip)
    dumbbell skull crushers
    squat/powerclean (depends on which gym im at)

    DAY 2 back/shoulders
    pullups (wide grip, neutral grip, chin up...30 reps each grip)
    dumbbell shoulder press
    dumbbell row
    high row machine
    lat row machine (vertical and horozontal)
    military barbell press
    lat raises (front and side)
    reverse flys
    squat/powerclean

    DAY 3 arms/legs
    skull crushers
    cable pulldowns (with ball/rope)
    cable pulldowns (bicep curl grip)
    dumbbell skull crushers
    pyramid bicep set
    squats
    powerclean
    lunges (forward and side)
    run


    plus i do two or three days of cardio (20 mins on eliptical)
    and i swim and play lacrosse
    abs are done daily at home
     
  2. Every hour I do:

    25 Elevated push ups
    25 sit ups
    25 crunches
    140 Jumping jacks
     
  3. Monday – Chest, Shoulders, Triceps
    Tuesday – Back, Biceps
    Wednesday – Lower Body
    Thursday - Chest, Shoulders, Triceps
    Friday – Back, Biceps
    Saturday – Lower Body
    Sunday – Rest

    This is the routine 50 Cent uses (minus his cardio on certain days, I erased that before saving). I use the same routine, but I switch the day that I rest every week. This way the body doesn't adapt. Everything is worked twice a week plus you have one rest day.

    I do abs everyday.

    I also do 15-25 minutes total cardio (elliptical, sometimes treadmill or bike) after the weight training. This is so when I lift my body isn't already strained from the cardio, and I lift my potential. I don't over do the cardio because if you can burn muscle off, but I get a good workout in.

    ahh na i lied. i don't watch tv much anymore. just a bunch of typing.
