    The U.S. ordered manufacturer Flushmate to recall its Flushmate III Pressure-Assisted Flushing System.

    The mechanism, installed in toilets made by American Standard, Crane, Kohler, Eljer, Mansfield, St. Thomas and
    Gerber between 1997 and 2008, can explode.

    The Consumer Product Safety Commission has received 304 complaints of Flushmates bursting. In 14 cases, people
    suffered “impact or laceration injuries.”

    Well... Looks like I'm naming my toilet "Challenger" for when it does explode. I'll label it and everything.
