Your signature dish

  2. Curry, dairy free. Get chickpeas canned diced tomatoes, peas, chicken curry powder onion and garlic. Saute all of the chicken and vegetables together. Add diced tomatoes halfway through cooking. Meanwhile boil basmati rice season that with curry and cayenne until a yellow color when chicken is cooked through (all of this should be medium heat) add one cup of coconut milk. It tastes just like an what you'd get at n indian restaurant.
    Or make homemade falafel and home made hummus that's the business

    Just a tip: Always season the rice before you boil/fry it. Try it out, mix it with some salt, pepper, star anis and cardamom and let it boil up in that. Season when dry.
