Your Mile Run Times?

  1. like 545 best time right now, two mile at 12 minutes. I usually don't just run one mile, or just two miles... usually 6 or 7 to mimic a half of football (futbol)

    footballers run like 7 miles in a whole game no? obviously at more intensity...
     
  3. right, that's why you cross train with H.I.I.T type of exercises running which mimics the game. Running hard straight for like 45 minutes will just help with the lungs conditioning wise more than anything.

  6. Damn you guys are impressive!! I've been meaning to improve my 1 mile run time. Hell I don't think I'll be able to run 2 miles no matter what timing unless it's slow ass jogging probably.
     
    HIIT generally improves this ?
     
  7. I do sprints and that shit have me sweating like a crackhead lol. My clothes be soaking wet afterward but I feel good so fuck it. I can take take deep hits off a bong and still keep going lol.
