5'10 180....gonna start up some good cardio.....runnin and try n lose some holiday weight. 10 pounds max n start gettin tone. I do push-ups....few times a week.....in 3 sets of 40...to wake my ass up in the mourning....believe it or not. (I just started at 15-20-30-40 workin my way up...pretty easy once your body gets uest to it.) Then I throw in 100 sit-ups on occasion on my exercise ball...if I got time....getn lazy on both lately. Playin sports all the time growin up ....soccer especially.....had me runnin non stop.....now I gotta force myself to start that up again. I need to quit smokin so much and reward myself after I work out. Cuz when I do got spare time....I'll just see my bong......w good ole......Bud n Errl....callin my name lol Especially when I was introduced to Errl Edit: Damn im all super motivated now after typin that....Im glad I found this section.....im about to smash this shit in 2014 lol
Currently 6' and 114 lbs (Scrawny, I know) Goal: 6'2 and 180+lbs. My metabolism is dangerously fast. Its a chore to gain weight for me. But I wanna get up there for job purposes. Military mainly. It's a chore to pass basic when your pack weighs more than you.

if i were you i'd cut down on the basic sit ups and use the ball every time. it's a much better range of motion, as in your body has to work a lot harder to do those
6'0 213 , like to go down to 160. I don't plan on going all out on exercise , but I would be alternating between p90x3 and the treadmill depending on how much school work I got. I'd be reading while on a slow pace on the treadmill but for a long time like 2 hours or on breaks watch w/e show and walk at a fast pace. Shoot for 2000 calories (about a 400 calorie deficit) and change the deficit as I decrease in weight. Also doing intermittent fasting , which is by far one of the most effective methods I've come across. Keep carbs maybe around 40 and fat and protein 30 each. so far lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks

21, male, 6'0, 135I need to just eat on a daily basis. Would love to be at 150 at the very least.What are some good food to eat for breakfast lunch and dinner?
Current: 5' 7" & 240lbs. Goal: 5' 7" & 145bs and then once I cut down, I wanna add another 10lbs or so in the gym. I started at 277lb last January, said Fuuuuuuuuck all that, and although i fell off track for a few months, I lost 40lbs and didnt gain anything back. Started back up this week

25 years old, 5'7, 150lbs. I'm not a big guy by any means, but I'm pretty stocky. I like where I'm at (could use a few more inches up top ) but all I want is more tone. I haven't ever had abs or a chest, so that's the goal. Step one: start.
5'1, 129 lbs atm even though it's mostly muscle,big boobs, and thick below the waist. My Oriental mother says I'm too fat and that I oughta drop @ least 20. Tchya, I'd like to but that'll only happen if my body feels the need to. WHICH IT DON'T!
