Your favorite pre-exercise meal?

  1. I've been doing Judo for about a month now and have been experimenting with different food combos to make me feel the most optimal to train. I've used this one for the past 2 weeks and I feel great when I train:

    -2 pieces of 12 grain bread, toasted with peanut butter
    -15 or so grapes
    -Glass of water

    This 2 hours before I train, and I feel fantastic
     
  2. Cup or more of oatmeal with milk, a banana, and some cinnamon. Then I chug some water. You get so much energy from that shit.
     
  3. Carbs and lots of water.
     
  4. I guess just a pre-workout supplement, Since I was young I have worked out on an empty stomach (essentially).
     
  5. I don't eat a meal right before persay, more like 2 hours before, then right before I'll have an ice cream (drumstick or something similar, or average portion of ice cream out of carton) or candy... works for me, everyone is different
