Maybe that scene in the beginning of Jurassic Park, where Dr. Grant first sees the dinosaurs. Or the one in True Grit when John Wayne is riding with the reigns between his teeth and a revolver in each hand. And I love that scene in the recent Walter Mitty remake when he finally bites the bullet and runs down the Life corridor, on the way to Iceland. Personally though, my favorite moment in any movie is the scene in Almost Famous after the meltdown when everybody is in the bus so awkwardly, and then someone starts singing Elton John and then everyone does. Or maybe not. When in doubt, there's always Chunk. Cinematic gold. EDIT: to add this slice of brilliance. Certainly my vote for best comedic moment in cinematic history. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wuk8AOjGURE
