i got the book, "you the owner's manual" by dr.oz and dr. roizen. if anybody's interested in that sort of thing. It tells you 5 things you can do starting right now and add 10 years to your life. 1. control your bloodpressure 2. avoid cigarettes 3. excerise 30 mins (everday) 4. control stress 5. follow a healthy diet It's basically: how to +science +quizzes... very "for dummies" style-wise. *i'm high
