You don't suppose this is just a row of male flowers, do you...?

  2. LOL I figured, given that they're all the way at the bottom of the main stem and there's no signs of anything unusual farther up.
Also it's clearly leaves and stigmas under a magnifying glass. ;)
But I thought it was interesting how they had taken on a bulbous shape.

    Here's the rest of her.

  3. Damn....lol........looks like it has a superior main cola.......with the sides not doing too much........not yet anyway......still a good looking plant....but yeah, no worries.....shes not freaky freaky....just another normal female....:love-m3j:

As a matter of fact, she is a bit freaky. Very thin leaves compared to all my other plants, and each node has three sets of fan leaves rather than the usual two, ever since she was a wee baby.

But family photos aside, given that the main cola has good development, but the side branches less so, can I harvest this plant in a piecemeal fashion, taking only the buds that are ready as time goes on?

  5. ABSOLUTELY!!!!!!!!!! You can do that with ANY plant.........I have done it many times myself!:passtheshit:

  6. I've read harvesting guides where it goes something like:

Step 1 - Cut your plant away from its roots at the base

Like, it's important to do this first. Was this just silliness? I mean, I can't think of why that might be necessary, but I had seen it more than once, so I took for granted that it was so.

  7. Well look......growing weed is like most EVERYTHING else..........EVERYONE has their own opinion on how to do it the "best" way...........PERSONALLY...........I have NEVER TOUCHED the roots while harvesting..........other than to throw them away after the plant was cut and they were all dead.........

  8. No, I mean they recommended cutting the whole plant down, like a lumberjack. It seemed weird tbh.

  9. OH OH....sorry, I misread that............but yeah.........NO. You don't HAVE to chop the entire plant at once.....alot of people seem to prefer that.......but from my experience.....TOTALLY not necessary...I have piece-milled plants that had many under-developed buds on the lower half...........I let them continue to grow and mature.....works like a charm.........I PROMISE I won't be the only one to tell you that on here.

I'm roughly detailing how my first mitigated disaster of a grow is going here.
