1. whats one of the best outdoor strains that adapts well to northeastern climates, and has the biggest yields, also is a quick finisher. i appreciate any answer or comment. thanks.

  2. I've never done outdoor, put plan to in a year or so.

The issue with plants suited to northeastern climates is that the growing season is very short compared to other areas. Almost any plant grown outdoors will yield more than an indoor plant. As far as a strain? I'm not sure.
Depends on what type of high you're looking for, extra traits such as mold or mite resistance, compact buds, loose buds, potency, low odor, flavor, flowering time, plant stature; all of these are considerations.

  3. thanks for the comments. my primary concern is yield and finishing time.

  4. I checked Nirvanas strains and came up with This. Early Bud

They say it can grow to 2-3 Meters :p
56 day flowering is pretty short at that.

They describe it as- "The new and improved version of the Early Girl strain. Ready before the winter. This plant can grow up to 2 to 3 meters, loaded with shiny crystallized buds. Sativa Indica mix. "

A plant that big is bound to have an astronomical yield.

  5. mango finishes with plenty of time.

    purple power should also.

and im prob north of u and have found that most strains (even indoor grown outside) finish if u put out seedlings and clones. seeding after freeze date would be pushing it for alot of varieties in my part of the earth.

  6. thanks a bunch for the info. indoor seeds have worked in the past just wanted strictly outdoor thinking it would grow better in the woods. i have heard lots of good things about purple power, but havent found much info on mango. my question should have been if you live in somewhere in maine, what would you grow. thanks again froggy and budfanatic.

  7. id put out 8inch purple power seedlings 1 week after the frost date. u wont regret it.

id put up 12+" of just about anything should have enough time to finish.

date depends on where u are?
