A complete growing noob question, not sure if I am yet or not, but anyways. In an indoor setting, how much does a single plant provide and how often? Thanks in advance.
You need to read, too many factors to answer your question. Its like asking how much milk will a cow produce.

There are to many variables that decide this size of plant, light available, Nutes, Strain, Indica or Sativa, overall eviroment the plants in, and how well you take care of it plus many more. Look threw some grow journals watch how they grow and how much they yeild how big they grew them, what they fed it, how they grew it, what lights they used to get a geusstimation of what you could yeild.
a rough estimate, could be 10g-8oz....but yeah its real hard to give a guess what a plant will do, seed banks give an idea on what a strain will produce given opt. conditions. And if its bagseed, hell thats even harder to guess I would imagine.
