Yellowing lower leaves

Discussion in 'Sick Plants and Problems' started by mhealy, Aug 17, 2010.

  1. This is an autoflowering plant that I've got, 1 out of 4 and the two of them farthest along are exhibiting a yellowing of the lower leaves that has me somewhat worried because I'm still weeks from the finish line.

It seems that all the lower leaves are starting to yellow and die off. I've begun nutrients (fox farm big bloom and tiger bloom) in the last week but it hasn't changed the situation. The ph of the water going in is about 6.0 and out is about 6.4.

The top of the plants look healthy still but this yellowing seems to be going at a rate that will over take the upper growth long before I think they should be harvested.
