Yellowing Leaves

Discussion in 'First Time Marijuana Growers' started by jaybee1984, Jul 30, 2022.

  1. I put my plant in a 45 gallon fabric pot on 5/25. It's been growing in Fox Farms strawberry fields in the bottom 1/3 and a blend of happy Frog and Ocean Forrest in the top 2/3. I've only given it water to date and it has been growing good, but I noticed some yellowing of some fan leaves today. I'm pretty sure it's a nitrogen deficiency based on what I've read and I'm wondering if a fertilizer like Tiger Bloom would be enough to correct it or if I should use something else as well?

  2. Bloom nutrients are typically low in N. If the yellowing is starting from the bottom and working upwards, or you can see a visible color shift from darker to lighter as you look from top to bottom, then chances are it's N deficiency. Taking a look at a fox farm feeding schedule would probably help you greatly with products and amounts. Peace.

with clean river sand or perlite 25%

    I'm having the same issue

  5. I ended up getting Fox Farms Big Bloom based on some other information I got and it seems to have resolved my issue. I started with 30ml per gallon.
