Yellow new growth And older leaves are curling down

    Hello
    My plant Is 3 weeks old. And she look like this from start. I thought it was caused by overwatering, so I tried to dry it and water it couple of times. And it doesn't help.

    Look s like a little overwatering and the lighter green is normal for new growth
