Yellow/Brownish Spots

  1. What could be wrrong? No nutes, room temp around 82F, humidity 42%, 3ft under hps lamp, would could it be!

  3. the way your leaf edges are turning upwards, is normally a sign of heat stress. or even water disperse issues. id try to get your temp below 80 also if you could. check to make sure you have decent ventilation in your room.

    obviously check pH, and fo a runoff pH test as well.

    what wattage hps you using ? 3 feet (36 inches) is kinda far unless you're using a 1000watt hps. ill run a 600watt hps anywhere from 18-22 inches off the tops of the plant during the normal vegative stage.

    are you misting your plants?
    if so do you move them out the grow/room or move the light up & leave for 1/2 hour before putting back in or moving the light down again?

    as the water on your leaves will act as a magnifyer glass therefore the light will intesify & will burn the leaves,leaving a brown/yellow(ish) spots which is a common problem when misting;)

    as i said only guessing but good advice anyway:)
