Yea...that was a real exciting moment!

  1. Alright, its about 11 PM and I just get back home from work. (I got called in only for like 2 hours )

Got a nice little 1/8th pickup at work after being dry for a few days. Got my wee room all nice and tidy, sat in this comfy-ass chair, logged onto GC and proceeded to get blazed. :smoking:

I'm really blitzed at this point, listening to some Sublime (Caress Me Down), when all of a sudden I hear about 10 sirens coming really fast and towards my house's direction. I don't really think of it too much, cause it happens all the time...but, then I hear them turn into my driveway.

I'm thinking, "There's no way they sent SWAT on my ass for sparkin' a bowl after work!" But, they go down into my driveway and then to the turnoff that leads to another house. Its only about 100 feet away from my window and this computer screen. I have no clue what's going on. I get out on my back porch and watch it all happen. (Nice moon tonight, so easy to see) About 10 cops wrestle the two mexican guys that live behind me to the ground. These guys are constantly in trouble, yet they never get sentenced.

Well, after cuffing them and putting them into the car...I'm getting pretty curious as to whats going on. Some of the cops were walking back to the cars that were pretty close to my room and I noticed one of the cops was a guy that spot a lot at the gym. I ask what's going on and he tells me that those two are wanted for felony child rape. They raped a 6 and 8 year old boy. Fucking disturbing. They taped it and somehow it got out and they were identified.

They're going to be going away for a long, long time. Finally, they actually get caught. They've already tried to rob my house twice.

But...now its back to the bowl, relaxin', and jammin' away my worries and cares. :D

Anyone else have a fun night?

  2. damn thats crazy. i dont even know what i would do if that shit happened to me.

  3. I'm trying to see if I can find a news article. Cause the warrant was issued a few days ago.

Oh, apparently, there was a third guy who was caught earlier.

    "July 12 - 9:52 a.m.
A Taos man with an extensive criminal history — but who has previously been found mentally incompetent — has been indicted for allegedly raping a young male relative.

Ramon Luis Sandoval, 26, was indicted by grand jury July 6 on a first-degree felony charge of criminal sexual penetration of a child under age 13 and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, a fourth-degree felony.

Police said Sandoval, who has a street alias of Speedy, was already in custody at the time of the indictment.

Taos police officer Nick Ault said Tuesday (July 11) that Sandoval remains held in the San Miguel County Jail pending future court hearings.

Ault said Sandoval is suspected of raping the boy June 4. The boy is 6 years old.

“Medical evidence suggests this has been going on for a long time,” Ault said, while noting that police so far have not linked Sandoval to previous crimes involving the boy.

He said Sandoval’s mother is an eyewitness to the alleged crime, but she did not report it immediately to authorities.

“Ramon’s mother, the eyewitness, is terrorized by him. That’s why she was too scared to come forward,” Ault said.

Sandoval was arraigned Friday on the indictment by District Judge Sam Sánchez, who ordered him held in lieu of a $100,000 cash-only bond.

“Our main concern is to get him off the street and away from the child,” Ault said.

The officer indicated a friend of the family first reported the alleged crime to police.

Sandoval has an extensive rap sheet with Taos PD that reflects numerous and varied offenses going back to 1987, when he was just 7 years old.

Ault said police most recently investigated Sandoval for criminal trespass, domestic violence and drunk and disorderly conduct.

Sandoval’s defense attorney, Darryl Bouchard, confirmed that Sandoval was found mentally incompetent in April in a misdemeanor case appealed to the district court from Magistrate Court. In accord with the law, the case was dismissed, he said.

Then on Friday (July 7) Sandoval appeared before Sánchez in two other competency referrals, including a Taos Municipal Court case that was dismissed related to Sandoval’s incompetency.

Bouchard has raised competency in the rape case, which effectively postpones prosecution until Sandoval can be evaluated again by a mental health professional.

Bouchard declined to discuss specific findings of his client’s previous mental evaluations.

Asked what Sandoval needs to prevent him from committing more crimes, Bouchard replied that Sandoval has lacked “a stable living environment, which is one of the problems with mentally ill people living in our community.”

He said Sandoval needs intensive treatment in a group home setting.

Bouchard said he has “serious questions” about the allegations raised in the latest case, but declined further comment.

  4. unfortunatly my first reaction would be to flush the weed :( only once they were in ym drive way tho

  5. Nah, about 90% of the cops here could give a shitless about weed. The cops I workout with know that I work hard and don't cause any trouble. They just let me slide. :)

  6. if i saw lights I'd stash my shit and hide, especially if i was really high, i've already been busted once

but at least those creepy jackasses are off the streets, there's no place in this world for people who molest or rape girls/ boys of any age

  7. Looks like the guy's house is for rent now, lol.

    Eeeeew....

  8. OMG man, I would have prolly died if that shit was pulled in my neighborhood, meaning the cop cars and shit. I prolly would have flushed everything, hah...

but good they got those pricks off the street

  9.

Wow..thats unreal. I would be so sick to my stomach if I found out there was a couple of child rapists living beside me.

It sickens me, as a parent that there are people out there like that. Im glad that they were arrested. Lets hope that this time they stay in jail.
