    Does it matter how late? its decriminalized now and thats what matter on to the next state

    Congratulations, although, to me its not exciting. It has been decriminalized in Mississippi since 1977 and therefore my entire life.

    Yep. Possession of marijuana (UNDER 1 OUNCE) is punishable by a $100 fine, and of course, they take your stash :) . It is now a civil offense.

    If you're caught selling it, or possessing over an ounce, that is still a criminal offense and you can be arrested for it.

    I remember seeing the election, and the questions after they had been voted on. I almost choked when i saw that question had passed!
