Im hoping someone out there can help me solve this minor yet very annoying problem Ive been having with the headset. I bought one pre used at eb games (was originally going to buy a new one) but didnt think there was really any big difference but of course when I get home it does not work. Went back and exchanged it for another one... which doesnt work either. I have absolutely zero ideas as to how im having this issue in the first place. The mic is NOT muted, Ive tried updating the controller (no update available) and all the while it says that the mic is connected, also I have an Open type NAT so wouldnt have anything to do with my network settings. Usually id associate it to either my console or controller, literally just bought both last Thursday so Im dumbfounded as to what the problem could be. Was going to go back and just trade in the pre used bullshit and just get a new microphone and pay the difference, if theres anyone around who may know why my headset is acting up it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
Man there are like 50,000 mics available for use on console, you gotta be way more specific than this. Some brand name headphones require a mixer type gadget to work properly on console.
