    So I just took a shit and now the bathroom REEKS OF WEED smells like a straight up qp in there. Im 100% sober and there's no weed in the house.So im saying that my shit smells like weedThat's the only cause This happen to anyone else?Sent from my Typewriter using Grasscity forum

    I think its easy to mistake certain smells for the smell of weed. Like skunks; and sometimes even B.O.

    Your shit might be smelling like weed to you, but to everyone else it probably just smells like shit.

    Your brain is mistaking a similar smell for weed, this happens to me when I make tea and sometimes just randomly around the house.

    It's a perceptual condition in which information between the senses is blended.

    This happened the first time I smoked weed. I took a mega rip (my friend told me to hit it like a hookah lol)...Smelled strongly of Sour D when I went to the bathroom the next day. Odd to be sure, never experienced it since though, which leads me to believe it wasn't synesthesia.
     
    I do cut grass though and grass sometimes smells like weed to me lol. Definitely just mistaken scents though in that case.
