Just checked on my babies and noticed something very strange. It’s only on the top of the two colas pictured and no where else. I have a hard time believing that mold would start on the very top of a cola?? I’m not even sure how to describe this but it’s just a ball of white ♀️ Any ideas? Is it mold? Something else? Please say something else. I can double check the strain if needed but it’s either cheese, fromage bleu, king tut or critical widow. Grown in FF ocean forest. On week 6 of flower. We use advanced nutrients sensi line w all that jazz.
Based on google I think it could be light burn or bleached but idk if that’s the same or different. We’ve had mold before and it does not look like this however it does kinda give off that vibe which is why I was worried lol. What is light burn/bleaching??
It could very well be light bleaching. That happens when your lights are too close and it wont go away once its there. Basicaly its when they get more light then they can handle. If it is light bleaching you need to raise your lights a little bit or it could progress more.
Looking at your pics it appears you are using LEDs. There is a phenomena associated with LEDs called "White Tip" where the bud tips turn white. Doesn't affect THC levels, and some people actually like this.
