this looks like it was all like that at one time, just seems like part of it became fossilized or wore down over timeim pretty sure this isnt a horn
Deer antlers look funky sometimes. They start off all fuzzy, and then get worn down and nasty. Looks like it might be a tip of a deers antler. Whatever it is though I would totally make it into a key chain or something though. That would be awesome.
Check out a local college archeology dept. , they can probably tell you. Been hunting Bambi for 40 yrs., NEVER seen a piece of antler look like that
it's like one of satan's horns, and you could carve it into a guitar pick and make a movie about it. that would be cool.
