Hey guys I am writing a persuasive speech for school that has to be 5-7 minutes. I chose the topic legalization of marijuana. I am supposed to pretend that I am from a pro-legalization foundation that is trying to argue my case to the government. Knowing that many of you are activists, I have a few questions before I start writing my speech. What are the major organizations that promote legalization? Are there any good sources that I should use? Any other interesting information that I should know? Thanks

These two pigeonholed the potential of the legal cannabis market by imbuing yellow journalism with their racism and greed. I see thinking cannabis should remain illegal like racism, the same arguments were used against integration, the same ignorant mindset still exists and thinks they know enough to tell you what to do. The arguments presented by this unfortunate majority are sad and pathetic, and in all, shows how brainwashed we truly are. They want you to believe cannabis causes crime, WRONG!!!! PROHIBITION CAUSES CRIME! We have taken what once was a normal commodity, gave it the label illegal, and now we took what was once legitimate and put it into the black market to fund illegal activity. It is also alot easier to aquire cannabis than alcohol where I am for underage kids. Reasons include but are not limited to, dealers don't care who they sell to, buisnesses will lose their licenses if they sell underage. And this puts kids who innocently smoke pot and don't commit crimes to be surrounded and offered harder drugs by a dealer. Whereas if it were legal Cannabis would be sold in gas stations next to cheatos instead of coke and crack in some sketchy dudes apartment. Make it legal, solve all these problems, create none. Read "Albions Seed" it's a book on where we came from and how we are raised to continue our culture it's dead accurate too.
Also I need a visual aid for my presentation. Any ideas? It can't be a video or anything that I would need a projector for. I was thinking about trying to find out a pamphlet or something I could print out.
