yeah it is and the water fall bong works great. There easy as hell to make if you can poke a bowl stem size hole in a cap of a 2lt coke bottle and poke a small hole in the very bottom and youu plug the hole will up with water and put your bown peace in the cap light and let go of the holle and watch as it fills the bottle up with dence yellow smoke. its pretty great haha
They work but they're are harsh as fuck. Had a big bucket bong phase when I was a kid, bottom half of a 2L pepsi bottle and top half of a 1.25, worked a treat.
