200 years ago we had slavery, extreme limitation of speech, limited voting rights, and lynchings. And people DO spout anti American views in the middle of cities. They do protest the government and it's policies. Try doing that back in the beginning of this country or in the 1910's or even in the fifties. We presently: - Have no slavery - Do not prosecute people for their speech - Can vote regardless of sex or gender - Do not have to enlist in the military - Have rights to the point where cases will be thrown out of court if procedure is not exactly followed - Do not murder people for occupying lands that have been theirs for generations - Have a public school system - Do not put people on trial for their political views - Have an intimate view into the government via C Span and other media outlets I could keep going. Really, the only complaints I have with the government are as follows: -Taxxes -Drug Prohibition -Weak Borders and too lenient punishment for Illegal aliens -Legal Abortion -Fairly stupid president So tell me, what is so bad about now? I agree with everything you said. the problem isnt NOW... its the future. yes, right NOW everything is pretty solid, despite Iraq and domestic issues. however the future is what is going to rape us all... the national defense act that president bush enacted which enables him to station US troops in any US city without consent and declare martial law has already been passed. The Patriot Act. The Real ID Act, coming soon to a city near you. This country is def heading down the shithole and I cant wait to leave. Unfortunately, where is safe? Canada? NO. Canada is the bitch of the US and the rest of the world. Canada is actually the country supporting the N. American Union the most. And as someone else said, once the US is a police state, so will Canada. It seems like there is no where one can go to be completely safe from govt persecution while enjoying the freedoms we all love and take for granted. So I guess we are all just going to stay in America and turn our heads the other way, while the govt passes legislation infringing upon our natural born rights and sticks the metaphorical dick into the ass of every American. Well then you better know ahead of time. All highways, ports, airports, and other transportation systems would be siezed and controlled by FEMA when martial law does come. Also, Northcom is having a "martial law drill" starting on October 15 to the 20th. The drill is in the United States, Canada, Great Britain, Guam, Australia and in the US it is centered in Portland and Phoenix, AZ. I would like to also mention the fact that during the London 7/7 bombings they were running drills on the same exact plot and same with NORAD during 9/11. Only time will tell if this is truly a drill or if the long-awaited martial law becomes a reality. I've already dropped out of college and waiting for my court date until I can go to Europe. I'm probably going to be heading there 11/4 with my first stop in Amsterdam. I am then going on a month long backpacking trip throughout Europe until the 8th of December where I'm going to be working 5 months at a ski resort in the Southern Alps.
Exactly, conspiracy theorist are just people that wanna do the right thing, nothing but. They take on the reality of things and try to explain them to other people. They're being the true Americans. Might wanna read Ron Pauls Speeches, civil rights activist, or pick up an American History book to find out what I mean by true "americans."

I'm not worried, either. The light always prevails over evil. Don't get me wrong though we are in for one heck of a time these coming years, but the truth will unveil itself. This is when those with love in their hearts will be called upon to build a new divine system within nature. Not a system of hiearchy- aka the pyramid. Rather a system where everyone is equal- aka the circle.
