  2. Welcome to Grasscity. When you start a thread with an article or video you need to tell us in your own words your opinion on the subject. In this case the portion of the video that relates to your title doesn't begin until about 2:10, you leave us watching a video for a couple of minutes wondering how it relates to your title. And that's after being forced to watch a 10 second commercial before the video started playing. You could have just stated what happened as the video wasn't very informative.

The deputy that arrested her must have been on a power trip, as many of them are. Put a gun in their hands and a badge on their chest and they think they are Marshal Dillon when actually they're Barney Fife. At least they eventually dropped the charges but what a waste of resources. Looking at her picture I think she's a ggilf.

  3. I feel embarrassed for Disney World, and the officer. I thought CBD oil from hemp was legal? Least they dropped charges..

  4. I don't think anything that comes off of a pot plant is truly legal. Charging people for possessing an oil that's sold everywhere is completely senseless but it is the law. The cop who in this case decided to enforce the law is a simpleton at best but the lawmakers are the ones who are total idiots.

  6. I thought CBD from hemp plants were legal though? That is what I read online.

  7. There is no way to tell if the plant has thc in it unless you test it. Sounds to me like they were automatically making assumptions that it was psychoactive.

  8. Well, if you read it online it must be true. Actually the law did change last year and I'm behind times, whether it's legal or not just depends. Apparently all CBD oil containing less than 0.1% THC is now in Schedule V so it requires a prescription where previously it was the same as pot, Schedule I. This allowed a pharmaceutical company to sell CBD oil spray Epidiolex. So the way I read it, CBD is still illegal unless you have a prescription. So the cop was technically enforcing the law as written. It's not the cop's fault, it's congresses fault. They write the laws the police swear to enforce. Read it and tell me how you see the law.

  11. I was in Disney World about 18 years ago with a friend who had a FEDERAL cannabis license.

My friend sent a copy of his paperwork to Disney before we got there and they gave him a pass/note to be escorted "backstage" to medicate.

Disney was very accommodating and this was before even medical cannabis in most states.
