Alright so you go and buy an ounce of tobacco from the local tobacco shop. And while your there you and a few buddys pick up a 5 foot bong then go to a big part of town. And take out the bong pack the tobacco and just start hittin the shit out of it and like if a cop comes be like its just tobacco. eh just an idea.
