Would you still vote for Obama?

  1. It's pretty clear that Obama is big fat fucking lieing socialist pig. I told you all this before the election.

Obama is total disaster already. He has told more lies in one month than Bush did in eight years.

Where is all the bipartisanship? Where is all the accountability?

The dems promised to post to porkulus bill online 48 hours before they voted on it and what a fucking surprise...THEY LIED!

Obama, Pelosi, Reed, Frank, Harken, Kerry and Schummer can all burn in hell and if your still supporting them you can join them. :smoke:

Here is Obama's idea of wastful spending...

  2. That's a pretty dumb question brother, seriously.

  3. I know your right but your typical Obama supporter believes that the economy belongs to and originates from the federal government. They don't understand that the federal bureaucracy is not the source of the worlds wealth. Half a brain is more than your typical liberal can muster.

Listen i would be just as pissed at the republicans if they put forth a poorly structured package up for vote. I'm not against spending money to fix the economy, but take a step back and examine it and do whats right. Not just push it through with ignorance.

Tell me, how will a billion dollars for NASA create jobs? How does the federal medical data base solve our economic woes? Or the $600 million to buy and lease government plug-in and alternative fuel vehicles, or the:

$100 million for the Lead-Based Paint Hazard Control Grant Program --
$200 million to the Leaking Underground Storage Tank Trust Fund Program
$300 million for "Violence Against Women Prevention and Prosecution Programs"
$900 million for the IRS for the "Limitation on Administrative Expenses"
$1 million for the Railroad Retirement Board for administrative costs
$2 billion for the Drinking Water State Revolving Act
$50 million for Health and Human Services to carry out injury prevention programs
$1.1 billion for studies on the effectiveness of different medical treatments $200 million to upgrade labs and facilities for the Department of Agriculture "to improve workplace safety and mission-area efficiencies"
$10 million for urban canal inspection
$16 billion to pay for student financial aid
$1 billion to pay for the U.S. Census
$600 million to pay for a fuel-efficient federal auto fleet
$650 million for the Digital Converter Box Program to help the constantly delayed transition from analog television
$485 million to the Forest Service for "hazardous fuels reduction and hazard mitigation activities in areas at high risk of catastrophic wildfire"
Up to $1 billion for "summer activities" for youths as old as 24
$40 million for the occupational research agenda
$3 billion for the Centers for Disease Control wellness programs and vaccinations
$410 million for Indian health facilities
    $2.4 billion for carbon-capture demonstrations

While some of these may be worth while pursuits, however what the hell do these things have to do with quickly stimulating the economy? What the hell is this doing to help people in foreclosure? How are these things creating jobs? This bill is criminal.

How the hell is that dumb? Can you honestly say there were not more qualified candidates for him to choose? Seriously, what the hell is so dumb about that question, besides Biden?

  6. I would never vote mccain nor obama. period

  7. Name a few of these choices that are as admired on both side of the aisle and have as much experience in government as Vice-President Biden? Also I'm talking about both presidential candidates choices comparatively. As a first decision Senator McCain chose like he had his head up his ass and President Obama chose as if he were serious about his potential successor. You can disagree with the politics of the vice-president but in terms of his heft in Washington he stands alone.

  8. I'm Canadian, and have zero say, in a vote.

However, as a outsider looking in, I think the only good Voting decision done by,
" We The People ", was Clinton. I certainly don't know how a dumb ass Prez, like Bush, managed yet a second term. So the question is, who is responsible, for Voting in, all those losers. Time and time again.

    Cheers

  9. ^ the problem with the 04 election, we amerians get to choose between bush and kerry

    lol @ both of them

the problem with the 08 election

    obama and mccain

    lol

  10. How is it that you can not see that Joe Biden is a car salesman? Please...

  11. Democrats are voting for the losers time and time again.

The idiots have replaced the war on terror with a war on capitalism.

  12. Very intelligent rebuttal, not sure how to respond to that one.

  13. Don't respond; just bend over and take it like a man. ;)

  14. grow up and act like one.

  15. I thought, Moderators were the ones, that, forgot my, train of thought. Great thread.

  16. I don't know, I think biden would be a better president then Obama.

  17. So what, are you guys going to bitch and moan for four years about Obama? Gimme a fucking break. FACE IT, your guy LOST. Sack up and either do something positive or shut the fuck up.

  18. Dude, bitching and moaning was all that the left did for every single day of the Bush administration. Who are you fucking kidding here?

Bush did not come in and immediately try railroad the American people and attempt to socialize the entire nation and pick the pockets of our children with trillions in social spending after only weeks on office.

Even though Bush did spend trillions over the eight years the idiots bitched about ever dime of that. Bush even sent billions to Africa and they even bitched about that.

You all should know why the big mouth liberals never shut up about the high cost of the war in Iraq. They were not going to be satisfied until they could give that very same money to the endowment for the arts and to a bunch of voter fraud social organizations.

  20. Can we just all step back for a second and acknowledge that when it comes down to it, none of us really know what the fuck we're talking about? None of us are nobel-prize winning economists. History is broad and there are examples of various economic strategies that have worked in some cases and failed in others.

I'm studying economics in college now; I've got nearly all the credits I need to get a degree in it, and when it comes down to it, making any economic prediction with accuracy is terribly difficult. The closest thing to a truism that I've learned is that expectations determine economic outcomes. The recession is over as soon as everyone believes it's over.
