Im only 18, unemployed and living with the grandparents, but id have to say a woman cause me being a dude, i find women more tolerable than men. They's pertty. Hopefully its a hot lady boss When the dude boss is bein an ass, itd be too easy to curse him out or hit him or something I just have more respect towards females in general
All the women supervisors I have dealt with have let what little power they are given get to their heads. While I would say half the male supervisors did the same. So based on my experiences I would rather have a male supervisor.
