    On looks alone, which don't mean everything, about a 3. The only thing it has going for it is that it's green.
     
    Just because something looks shitty doesn't mean it is shitty. The strongest sativa I ever smoked looked like shit, and came from thailand. I thought it was a joke when my brother gave me some for my birthday, along with two other bags that looked good. Hand's down best sativa I had ever had, and I had my license for about 2 years before that, so I had smoked plenty of high quality ones.
