Would you be able to pass a piss test this way?

Okay, I just thought an idea that makes a little sense. Let's say you just smoked a gram and get a call from work saying it's surprise drug test day. If you didn't take a piss before, during, or after smoking weed, could you possibly have enough clean piss to pass the test if you took it right after smoking or something?
I'm not sure if the weed+ piss would come out first or be mixed in with all the other pee, but could you boost your chances of passing the test on that day if you already had a good amount of clean urine in your bladder? Oh, and would it help if you only peed the bare minimum?
I'm not planning on taking any drug tests anytime soon, but I was just wondering if this could work. I usually pee twice a day, but can hold all day if I felt like it (not saying that's smart) which could boost my chances of passing if I were to take a test on the same day of smoking. Oh, and assume that I was clean until the day I smoked, or else the whole question wouldn't make sense.
