I have some bugs that love to drown themselves in my water container (milk jug). If I put 1 layer of cheesecloth over the opening and rubberband it there, would this stop the chlorine from evaporating or even slow it down?
Probably not, but an inline chlorine filter is always an option. They run about $14.00 at Home Depot or Wal-Mart.
