is it light-tight? if it is, the only problem id see is plant size. you cant keep it in the solo cup for long.
Too small . Unless you trying to get 5 grams or so after couple of month of growing....by the way , you do not have to veg in such tiny space ( you will run out of head room), go 12/12 right from the start , plant will start flowering as soon as it get capability to do so ...
