    So if I fill up a Lipton tea bag half with weed and half with tea then boiled it in water with some milk in it would it give me affects

    Maybe, the fat in the milk upon being heated would bind with the thc. Use 2% milk, though all in all seems like a waste of bud

    Tea is the weakest edible you could possibly make. You would need a few lipton tea bags of hash or kief boiled in milk to even get you mellow, let alone high. I'd suggest smoking the weed or making some other form of edible
