Would rappers still talk about their weed smoking if it was legalized

    I was thinking about this and it seems like rappers always smoke in their videos or talk about how much weed they smoke because it's
    a. expensive
    b. illegal

    Well if pot was legal and middle aged soccer moms and random folk alike were toking away would rappers still be bragging and rapping about all the weed they're smoking. Would they graduate to other drugs? Would drugs leave the rap scene?

    The things that pester my mind while I'm high.. :smoke:

    Of course they would....You still hear them rap about booze sometimes right?

    I dont think so. Its not about the legality of it.. Its usually about the mind state it gives you or the amount you smoke... Mother fuckers gonna smoke regardless.

    It would deffinetely remain as much a part of their music as much as it is a part of their culture :p

    Do poachers poach irregardless of the law?

    Edit : Not sure if this is irrelevant or not but it's a thought on the subject.

    I know it's part of the lifestyle but I feel like the stigma around it is also a factor.
