  2. Those are 30 watt lights, and appear to be old technology blurples.
60 watts of that light might get you a couple oz.

  3. Definitely not ideal lights for any step of growth really. T5 H.O. Can probably be had for a cheap price since many are making the switch to white light LEDs.

  7. They’re definitely not the best lights but if all your doing is trying to use them to carry you till they can go outside you’ll be fine.

  8. try turning down your exhaust fan or putting it on a timer so it’s not on all the time. It’s almost impossible to bring your humidity up if your sucking it all out constantly. Unless u r dependent on your exhaust to keep temps down (which I doubt you are with those lights) then it doesn’t need to be on all the time.

  10. 10μmol/s per light. You'd be the first guy I came across to veg (5) plants for 6wks on 20μmol/s lol

Top left corner gives recommendations for various grow parameters including light intensity over the life cycle of the plant...

At least they put the stats on the box and didn't inflate. Any lights will work in veg. Any lights will work in bloom. Some work better than others but they all work. Main thing is more light regardless the type. Once you get intensity then you can start getting more picky. Good luck.
