would i qualify?

Discussion in 'Medical Cannabis: Treatments & Patient Experiences' started by greenghoul, Apr 5, 2014.

  1. I'm in a bit of a predicament- I've had chronic pain since age 16 (almost 21) from swim and water polo in my shoulders and my knee. I never went to the doctor but my high schools trainer said I either dislocated it, have chronic tendinitis, or damaged my rotator cuffs. My parents refused to let me see a doctor and instead told me to ice it.

I haven't been in a pool in almost three years and still hurt every day from it, sometimes it keeps me up at night which makes my insomnia worse.

But the problem is I don't have a medical history because of my parents. I've been self medicating to try and make things better but I Dont think that would help to be honest .

    This is Michigan btw

  2. IDK about Michigan, but in California, you can tell the doctor "my eyes are too white and I want them to be red" and you will qualify.

  3.

    no.

    simple
    short
    to the point

you knew you had nothing to qualify in MI and are phishing for gaming clues.

  4. But if I did have a med record would I at least qualify? I mean, either way I'm gooing to continue smoking to feel better, I just dont want to risk dealing with the law. Chronic pain is a condition in Michigan also...

I'm not phishing or whatever, just trying to get things straight..

  5. U need medical records in michigan, go see a regular doctor, then....poof u'll have medical records

  6. If you indicated you were trying to get the shoulder fixed you might have gained some more credibility. Making your shoulder better will make the pain go away.....in fact it is the best way to make the pain go away. Maybe you should ask your doctor the right questions....and ask your dealer the other ones.......

  7. P.s- my doctors tell me to swim so maybe going back to the weightless environment of the pool is actually the best thing for it and not something to be avoided after all.

  8. You need to have legit medical records in Michigan, I'm my wife's caregiver and she needed med records, mri's, xrays etc... Its not easy like it is in Cali. Idk if u are phishing or being a douchebag but you have to have a doctor patient relationship here

  9. Only a doctor can recommend if marijuana would benefit you. I would start there

  10.

it isn't about weightlessness....it is about passive resistance and movements of the arm...i.e..PHYSICAL THERAPY which you were told to do in the first place.

chronic pain is from incurable conditions, not sprains you choose to ignore so it keeps hurting...

do the therapy, toke away illegally as before and become an activist if you want it legalized.

  11. What are the doctors playing at in California? Is it a saturation thing so that it is too far gone to undo if the Feds decide to address the issue? Sometimes I wonder if this 'cards for all' theory is going to undermine the work of the movement and have it become either super regulated or abolished. I guess there will be more rules to make sure there is a more structured process to obtaining a card. I bet having to sit through an awareness course that includes assessment would deter a lot of social-medical users.

Next thing is to work out how to make my other meds. Now that my backyard is an acceptable facility to produce medicine I am good to go. I bet there ain't too many medicines in the world that handle rain or even mould during production though... =(.
