Hey when I transplanted an outdoor plant inside, I noticed when putting into pot that some Worms were in there. Now I know they're good for aeration and my tomato plants do well with worms in them and I know worm castings is desirable but is actual worms in a 2 1/2 gal pot ok?
The worms should be fine inside the pot. Eventually once the soil doesn't have enough food to sustain them they may migrate to a more fertile area.
