Worms in a 1kg pot

  1. Hello, i have a 1kg pot with 1 big devil autofem seedling in it and the soil is reused and it has many roots in it and i think worms can eat them and help fertilizing and aeriting the soil. So can 1 worm survive in a 1kg pot?

  2. I'd put 4-7 red worms in there. Can't hurt. 1 by itself would be lonely.

  3. My only concern is what if they are too many? Is a 1kg pot big enought for that many worms? I dont want them coming out of the pot...And are red worms the ones used for fishing?

  4. kg is a unit for weight, not volume. How many gallons/litres is your pot?

  5. Well, ummm i wouldn't really call it a pot, it is a bucket that used to hold cheese and it says 1kg on the bucket so no idea...

  6. so it was 2.2lbs of cottage cheese. You need to worry about the volume. The red worms cn be bought at WM and are used in the commercial producing of worm castings which is a kick ass cannabis food.

  7. Wont watering with nutes kill the worms anyways?
