We could build loads of solar panels in Africa with the cost as a loan and they could pay us back in electricity , we would need to guard them etc but we could pay them money food and water for the electricity and it would mean they would now have electricity over there . As an incentive for a country to do this they could buy the electricity a little bit cheaper since they are doing Africa a massive favour No poverty in Africa(we would need to do something about corruption) Renewable energy (no pollution from oil etc) What yous think ?
That could be a solution, but I believe that many African countries are in debt already and couldn't afford to build those facilities. In my opinion moving to a resource based economy is a great solution to this problem. With the advent of technological unemployment people will be able to grow food and distribute it at no cost, by machine, etc. Check out the Zeitgeist movement, and more specifically Zeitgeist: Moving Forward.
