This game has been an utter failure since a year ago, bring back pre-bc. The game just isn't worth subscribing for ez mode and shitty looking tier gear/pvp. Pre-BC gear, instances, pvp(grinding H.W FTW) and fun factor level > now.
Currently I'm rolling a Draenei Paladin on a server with all my friends. I made the toon a few days ago and I already got it to 26. I get so addicted when I'm stoned
Haha. Everyone cries about it on the WoW forums and pretty much everywhere, how everything's been going downhill since vanilla. And then they keep playing. It's like some people just love to complain... Either leave the game cause it ain't fun, or play it coz it is fun. Don't cry about it and keep playing btw, that wasn't directed at you - just all the people who complain about it. Dude I know, do you ever get rid of the UI, put on headphones, turn the music and ambient sounds right up and just run around forests and shit buzzing out? Haha it can get pretty epic man
I don't play, I haven't since two weeks after L.K came out. I sold my account. The game is not worthy any longer. Sadly, I would remake an account if it had much more to offer, but that's out of the question as of now. Blizzard can sit back and enjoy their roller coaster ride into the mega billion dollar swimming pool while the game keeps dwindling down, like they care anyway, they've made their money...they don't need to make anyone happy.
Real constructive. I have better things to do with my time, like.. smoke pot.. and.. yeah i guess i really don't. Maybe i'll play again.
Before I went on hiatus... I was a fulltime Glider, mostly leveling toons. I was pulling in like $70 a week on okay weeks with 1 character. My main account was all hand played. NELF Rogue (since release) level 80. Didn't even gear the fucker, rogues are useless now anyway. Human Warlock, level 80. Main character. Orc Warrior, level 80. Main alt. Various characters between level 40-77. Farming account was 1 BELF hunter and a bank to hold it all. Stopped playing when Glider went down, stopped posting on the forums when it became a joke.
I love how pre bc everyone complained how the level grind was way to long and tedious. Then eventually over a period of time blizzard responds to the constant whining by easing up the leveling grind, and everybody whines how everything is 'ez mode'. I agree with you to an extent, in fact i've even said it before. Then again I like being able to reroll and not have to spend huge amounts of time just to get my toon anywhere. The game is just more of a casual thing for me now.
i played wow on & off for a couple years before wotlk, ended up with a 70 troll priest, 66 blood elf hunter, 56 night elf druid, & some others... the expansion came out, i logged on without having it installed, and found out i was hacked. finally bought the expansion & am currently playing on my death knight. i suppose it doesn't matter if my priest has gear or not when it's given to you. playing on auchindoun. p.s. it sucks
I thought the grinds were the best part for some reason, it felt more accomplishing for some reason. Especially finally hitting 60 and getting to raid MC/AQ with the guild and downing your first boss. I guess that's similar to having your first smoke session eh? Nothing better. /end nerd rant Even if it was as serious as it use to be, that was really back then when I could actually take the time out of my day to grind for hours on end. But now, a job and making bills on time just outweigh all that. Haha. So definitely casual is good in it's own ways.
I like that they added the achievments. It's fun to see how your character progresses and to see what you've accomplished.
Just started playing again the other day... Kil'Jaeden 72 UD Priest - Uookaa 59 Troll DK - Yamai 46 UD Warlock - Nigihayami Dragonmaw 71 Gnome Rogue - Slipwhip that's it I think... I think one of my friends transferred my old rogue to a whole different account... well I guess I should say "friends" but I don't know who it was. I just checked my e-mails and even the confirmation e-mails of a transfer are there. Do you think it's even possible for me to get it back or should I not even bother? Either way it doesn't really matter to me nowadays.. haha
You can call blizz and get it back, they'll probably have you fill out a form to make sure you're the original owner though
